9/17 Summary and Feedback

Thank you so much for your help tonight at the THRIVE bridge clinic! As always, if you have any feedback (both praise and improvements) you would like to share with us, it would be greatly appreciated.

We had 19 volunteers this week (with our very first M1's who did fantastically, Abby and Annie)

Patients Checked in

26 patients (61.54% first timers) checked in.

Stations Visited

Stations visited defined as "Seen" on Airtable; compared to previous clinic for comparison.

Station Completion

Done = Saw all stations that were marked "Needs to See"; Lost/Left = Some stations were unfinished either because patient was lost or decided to leave before finishing.

Average time in clinic was:

29 minutes (sd 28, low 1, high 100)

**stats are estimates and are assuming perfect record keeping --outliers exist from: wellness bag only patients, more complex med/advocacy cases, and human error. These are for broad informational purposes only; our focus is always providing quality care beyond the numbers! :)
